ESRS Congress Grants

The Local Organising Committee as well as the ESRS will be giving 30 grants each to students and young scientists planning to attend the congress. The amount of each grant is 500 EUR and will be paid in Prague.

Candidates should:

  • be less than 35 years of age
  • have no permanent position
  • have submitted an abstract for presentation at the congress
  • have paid the registration fee
  • send the Grant application form together with a copy of the Registration form, copy of an abstract submitted, a confirmation of the registration fee payment, a curriculum vitae and a letter of recommendation from his/her department or laboratory director.     Applications must be received not later than April 15, 2004 by the Congress secretariat.

    Applicants who do not receive a congress grant and therefore cannot attend, shall receive 100 % refunding of the registration fee. Those that cannot pay the registration fee in advance may address a personal letter to the ESRS President requesting an exceptional waiver (tobler@pharma.unizh.ch) .
